1. Financing Agreement

By applying for product financing, you agree to repay the total amount (including any applicable interest or fees) according to the installment schedule provided at the time of approval.

2. Late Payments

Late payments may incur penalties as outlined in your financing agreement. PaySmallSmall reserves the right to enforce collection procedures for overdue accounts.

3. Product Ownership

Products financed through PaySmallSmall remain the property of PaySmallSmall until the full payment has been made. Early settlement is permitted without penalty.

4. Default

If you default on your payments, PaySmallSmall may take appropriate legal action and report the default to relevant credit bureaus.

5. Guarantors

Guarantors provided during the application process may be contacted in the event of non-payment and may be held liable for outstanding balances.
