1. Return Eligibility

Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are defective, damaged during transit, or significantly different from the description.

2. Condition for Returns

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Opened or used items may not be eligible for return.

3. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be credited to your PaySmallSmall wallet within 5-10 business days. If financing was used, the refund will be applied to your outstanding balance.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain product categories may be exempt from returns. These will be clearly marked on the product page.
