Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after financing approval. Full payment purchases are processed within 24 hours.

3. Delivery Timeline

Standard delivery: 3-7 business days within Lagos. Express delivery: 1-2 business days (where available). Other states: 5-14 business days.

4. Delivery Fees

Delivery fees vary based on location and product size. Fees are displayed at checkout. Free delivery may be available for select products.

5. Failed Delivery

If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, a re-delivery fee may apply. Products are held for 7 days before being returned.
